Patient Education Guide

This project involved designing a structured patient education guide to support primary care physicians (PCPs) in communicating complex sleep-related information clearly and effectively. The design emphasized clear visual hierarchy, guided content flow, and intuitive layouts that support readability and comprehension. Visual elements were carefully selected to reinforce key messaging, clarify next steps, and help patients better understand and manage their sleep health.
